Easy Returns
In case of a return, you will have to courier the product back to us. This cost will not be borne by us.
If you require a pickup facility, we will arrange for the same provided you pay the disccourier cost in advance ( it can be paid via Paytm, google pay, bank transfer) whichever is easier.

Eligible for Return
Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
It should be in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
NOTE:
1) Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Radhani Wellness, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
Credit Note
We DO NOT provide REFUNDS.
All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use the Credit Note
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page
Once you reach the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’
You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the total as per your discount amount given.
